It came with the home I bought. I used them when my air conditioner wasn't working properly. We paid for a gentleman that came over and fixed it. I also just had the exterminator come over to get rid of some creepy critters that we had. He was very helpful and it all looks like he got rid of them. The expense is a bit too much sometimes, but the representatives are very helpful and we haven't had any problems.
It's a pretty simple service. My A/C broke down and sent over a contractor to get it fixed within a week.
It has been very good actually. They always respond quickly and are very polite. We had one of our faucets leaking non-stop, so we called them to have a plumber come out. They came out and got everything up and fixed. That was pretty much it, they actually had a really fast response. The only issue we had was once when we had to change our email, and they took 2 or 3 times before they responded to that. Other than that, they have been really good and professional. It's been a very good experience.
Recently we needed something to be repaired and they were out here really quickly. It shows how far the technician goes to do a good job. The service is great and I have been very satisfied with their products and pricing.
We got it when we got our house and so far it has been a good experience. When we had an issue with our AC, we have them a call. They had an H/VAC specialist come out within a day and they had it up and running again. They were great and very helpful.
In reality - it is always about the vendors Landmark hires.....the management and customer service has always been outstanding, so far the vendors overall in my eyes have been reasonable to excellent.
I'm a real estate agent, and I was told this was the best company to go with. They took care of a refrigerator problem we had; they handled that in a timely manner. On top of that, they kept very good contact with the customer, and I think the companies that they used to service you have improved greatly. Definitely, very high quality customer service.
They were very helpful and prompt with my repair.
i jsut had my garage door repaired within two hours of calling landmark to report a repair issue. good job!
