I had an electrical concern and the electrician that came in did an excellent job, even fixing an other electrical situation that occurred while he was here. Great experience with Landmark and the Electrician E&B
My realtor added it to our deal, like our closings. The last two times we've used it have been great. The last situation was an air-conditioning unit and it was pleasurable experience, but prior to that, over the winter when we had a broken furnace, it took to over 2 weeks for the furnace to get replaced, and it was been in the middle of a very, very, very, very cold winter, and it was a horrible experience. I'm a realtor myself, and I really liked the salesman. He was not pushy, and told me the benefits of using them over other companies that I've used to give to my clients. Plus, They're quick, and can even fill out a claim online. Their customer support is very courteous, and Landmark just stands by their word.
It has always been easy to make a claim and get someone to come out to help.
I've interacted with them only twice. In general it's okay. One of those times I filed a claim for my refrigerator because it was not working. I was able to file a claim even though I called them during their non-business hours at around 10 o'clock. The associate scheduled a call with the contractor, but they took a long time to fix my refrigerator. This was our pre-season tune-up of our Heat Pump. I was able to request the same contractor who had replaced the unit 2 years before. The unit had failed in the middle of the summer in 120 degree heat. Inside temps of the house were not below 90 degrees for 4 days. I was not a happy camper, but Landmark did work with us and we met a wonderful serviceman, whom I hope will be around for along time. I've only one issue with the air-conditioner, and they were quick to respond and got everything finished in a timely manner. It all went pretty smoothly.
The customer support is hard to talk to. It sounds like they're overseas, which I didn't really like, but they were pretty helpful. My washing machine broke, and they sent somebody over to repair it. They were very nice and helpful, and got it taken care of within a week.
