Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not as good as it could be. Just recently I needed to use it for plumbing and that one time they did a good job.
It's excellent! I've had to used their service once already and it's been excellent. Our air conditioner wasn't working, and they sent a brand-new unit out. The overall process was super-fast.
Nothing but fast and professional service. We were immediately contacted following the submission of our claim, and Landmark followed up with us to ensure that the issue was taken care of, and to evaluate the service that we were provided. I appreciate the individualized attention to our claim.
They give a very satisfactory service. Whenever I needed them, they resolved everything and applied the warranty easily. They also have a good follow up.
Customer Support has been fantastic, in fact that's one of the reasons I decided to stay with Landmark. It was nice to talk to somebody that was in the state, knew the area, and could help us. When I spoke with them, they were all on-track, very knowledgeable, courteous and open to service requests. I have enjoyed working with Landmark. Whenever I have had a problem with my house they have solved it as fast as possible. My current issue was a drain that clogged up and a bad water softener. They were not able to get anyone out the first day but gave me excellent follow up and tried many different partners of theirs. I could not be more impressed with the level of service
Always prompt with responses to service requests, customer friendly, reasonable prices
It was easy to work with their customer support; I got an appointment pretty quickly. Plus, the people they sent out to fix our A/C were very quick and helpful. They were very efficient and friendly when it came to explaining the problem.
They're pretty prompt in getting back to you, which is awesome. Sometimes it can take a little bit longer if you get a contractor that's a smaller company. But that's not the end of the world. Over the last couple of years, every time I have a service request the contractors call you right away, within 24 or 48 hours. That's really impressive and it has been great for us.
