As long as there are "tangible" issues, Landmark is great.
They make paperwork easy and get the job done very quickly. I had problems with the swimming pool, the vacuum system and filter were broken I think. We called them and they were quick to get somebody out to take a look at it. They checked if I met the criteria for their policy and fixed it. They were very good in following up with us and giving me the information that I needed. Landmark handled things in a expeditious manner. I know that if something is wrong in my house, they will take care of it.
They are very friendly and listen to your issues.
My A/C ran out, and I called Landmark Warranty, and they had a contractor headed my way within a few hours to look at it; so I'd say it's been an excellent service so far.
We've had to use the service twice already. The first time was actually a really great experience. That was when our A/C stopped working. The second time, our dishwasher was leaking, and that process was a little slower. They've offered a positive experience so far.
This warranty was what was offered when we purchased our house. We've had good experiences with customer support, and they're responsive. We had a leakage from our air-conditioning unit in the attic. The drain line had come undone and was leaking into one of the upstairs bathrooms, and they responded quickly, got the broken pipe replaced, and everything worked well after that.
I've called them in 3 different occasions, and every time they have taken care of what I needed. The most recent occasion was a spring on the garage door that broke. They came in the same day and fixed it. They have done a good job.
The Vendors that Landmark has referred to us to service our needs have all been highly qualified. Landmark personnel on the telephone operates efficiently and does so in a caring way.
It was recommended by my realtor. Every time I call they are very helpful and professional. They schedule appointments quickly. I had to use it for a HVAC check up and I was able to schedule it and get it done within 2 days. They provide the service that is in my contract, I appreciate that.
