We are unimpressed with Landmark thus far. We had two weeks without hot water as we had to wait "24-48 hours" every time they had to reach out to or wait for a response from the contractor. Having said that, Landmark DOES have some (not all) incredible employees. We were especially grateful for Cynthia F, who not only kept us as a customer, but pushed to make things happen for us. We would have cancelled otherwise.

From start to finish, it took almost 3 months to get my dishwasher and have it installed. Completely unacceptable. The installation company you use is AWFUL. They canceled our original appointment without informed us (even though they said they did yet we have no record of an email or phone call from them) so when we called on our appointment day, we were told it had been canceled a month earlier. Poor customer service. They just put you on hold for hours without any call back option or telling you how long the wait time would be.
Customer service has been on the rise with Landmark. I have been a customer for 5 years now, and while I have experienced challenges getting issues promptly service; it appears those barriers are now gone. I have renewed again and likely will into the future.
This positive Review is primarily due to Scott P repeatedly trying to help me over several calls and days. I give HIM 5 Stars. I would have given 1 Star to Landmark honestly because other than Scott P, I was not receiving any help to fix an exhaust fan and a light switch/fixture issue. He time I'd be sent to the operators who set up the ticket to send out help, I'd get the Philippines and although they were nice, no one was ever sent out. Always someone answers, but not everything ends up covered that is broken.
It has been almost a month since our dryer broke, and the new dryer that AHS recommended to install in our house still is listed as only ordered and not shipped. I checked locally, and the same model is in stock in a number of stores in town, thus, this is not a supply chain issue.

Filed a service repair request on November 2nd for a broken oven. LHW was quick to send me an email telling me that the part was backordered with no ETA and they would offer me $12 for me to repair the part myself, but if I did so, then I would also have to pay a professional to install it and show them "proof" that it was done (est. cost to me is over $100) in order to continue to have their warranty service.
