In the past their care team has been very helpful, and the company has been easy to deal with. This year however our washing machine went out. The contractor came out and determined there were parts that needed to be replaced. Landmark informed us their distributor did not have parts available and therefore they offered us cash in lieu of repairs. There's not enough repair companys that work with you , so to much out of pocket exspense
Landmark is a rare home warranty company, as they actually listen to their clients. An example is Isaiah P., who has recently assisted me 2 times regarding a cyst service request. Not only does Isaiah listens, he take responsibility of the situation & responds in a timely manner.
They have very poor customer service. They have difficulty in assigning service representatives. Customer service representatives have no ability to resolve problems like double billing. The customer is not authorized to speak to managers. This is a very poorly run company.
Feels like almost nothing is covered wrt extra coverage on pool and air conditioner

It's hard to get a hold of my representative. I mentioned that I am more easily available via email, but they insist on calling. Also, I wish windows and doors were covered.
Because they didn't hear what I said. They provided the name of a plumber who did not contact me in a timely manner causing me to be without water for two days. I fixed the problem myself.
Contractor sent left in writing that the A/C coil was bad and would let Landmark know. Apparently they dropped the ball and never relayed the message. I am incredibly frustrated that we have been without A/C in Texas summer and no one is working on our behalf. That reflects on yourself and the contractor, looking to save money rather solving a customers problem.
