Plumber came to repair a toilet that wasn't flushing. He replaced the internal parts in the toilet tank, and ran a 'snake' and checked for blockage. The toilet does not flush solid waste, so I have to use a plunger. The plumber said it was probably the 20+ year old toilet. I let Landmark know that the toilet was not functional, and have not heard back from them.

Because the first year they covered everything and the second year they reduced the coverage. There will probably not be a third year.

Over the years I would’ve given five stars but recently I had a bad experience and had to threaten to leave Landmark because they sent out an appliance guy that made a false claim and I had to insist on getting a second opinion. The second appliance guy came out said it was just a simple fix and was able to fix it on the spot and Landmark never responded or apologized

Because a repairman came. Tore apart my dryer and never came back. Now I have to find someone to fix it!!!

I've had some experience were they would send some contractors out that don't either come, or do a half job when they do get to my home. I would call and notify Landmark and they would send someone else out.

We have difficulties each time we put a claim in. The reimbursement for a new air conditioner was laughable. We paid $6500 and we got $700-ish reimbursed.

I paid and paid for years, and when I needed help, they weren't there. They sent me an incompetent, poorly rated company that cut down my duct and drained my A/C of Freon. Hands down the worst home owner experience ever!!

Very hard to contact to do anything. you sit on hold forever and customer people do not go out of their way to help you
