Have tried numerous times to reach out and always FIRST had to hear about limitations, etc. Whe my roof was eventually inspected, I followed up numerous times as to the next step and NEVER heard back. Really incredibly bad client service, which makes me think it is about getting the payment and nothing more.

Even with the difficult problems caused by Covid and not being able to get parts and items, Landmark has tried to still help as best as they can.

The first time we go through Landmark for a major repair, it was a nightmare. Trying to get a new water heater installed took way longer than expected. All of the back and forth between Landmark and the contractor that THEY provided was horrible.

No company is perfect. You can call in a claim within minutes and be assigned a company for repairs. My only criticism is during the hot summer months and your central air goes out it takes days for a repair because there isn't multiple contractors for repairs.

Poor customer service, too many looped to jump for things to be right, service is bad, accounting department is bad, no sense of urgency, too many I have to call them to ask about what's going on, not enough on coverage that's not your fault.

I made a request for service on Saturday because our pool pump stopped working sometime Friday afternoon. I received an email Sunday that I would be contacted within 4 business hours. Monday morning I get another email that states that I will be contacted by a different company within 4 business hours. Nothing happened. I called both companies, neither answered.
