They started out good and have now become horrible. Never return my calls, tell me they will call me and never do, don’t cover things they should....ridiculous.
We had to ask for a better company to come out because the first one they were going to send out had a horrible rating.
Still waiting to hear from A/C repairman.
Read the fine print within the contract because it probably isn't what you think. For example my oven (covered under the total protection plan) apparently had a defect and the control panel caught fire. Landmarks response, "the fire is considered to be secondary damage therefore not covered by the warranty". Adding further insult to injury I had a rep suggest I call my home insurance company to make the claim AFTER waiting 4 weeks for Landmark to even dignify me with a response regarding the open claim with them.
We needed an air conditioner fixed. It was not working because of a leak in the freon system. Elijah Air charged us 1700 dollars and claimed that Landmark only covered 500. I don't see why we have a warranty when getting our air fixed costed us 3 times what Landmark paid. I since have got a second opinion and they said we were overcharged by Elijah Air by about 1200 dollars.
Bad customer service. Some plumbers are bad they sent also they never call to follow up
My first encounter with customer service was a failure.
Landmark has REPEATEDLY ignored my request to speak to a supervisor of authorizations for a couple of weeks now in reference to my garage door opener (don't even get me going on my hvac issue). They do NOT care about their customers issues or concerns - just the money. Once they have to start providing service they start looking for ways to get out.
