I am having a hard time with a current claim.
Response time, I asked to be contacted via phone because I wasn’t understanding the email 3 days in a row just to get another response and no phone call.
Coverage and convenience of phone calls. The website is terrible and definitely needs to be updated.
The customer service response is often far less than desirable.
Did not show to fix, failed to notify me that repairs will be rescheduled.

Problem not solved. Contractor sent out didnt take care of problem. I pd for new water heater now wauting for a decision to get my money back.
