there are things not covered that are just ridiculous. Also $20 towards freon is a joke.
They deducted money from a claim because it was the second time it needed to be fixed. They never fixed first problem.
Responsiveness, attitude, and thoroughness
Its typical INSURANCE, you buy it and they don't give the service. Just excuses of what isnt covered.
took 2 visits to fix a prob that should've been done in one. i wasn't charged for the 2nd visit however.
They have every excuse in making you pay the 60.00 service fee. I had a furnace they had to return and repair numerous times before I demanded a different repay company. This company spent 10 minutes and replaced the needed part. This all happened well within the allotted time frame. I personally think it happened because I have the first ineffective company a bad rating
They send experience workmen,people who can do the repairs or replacements.
Two months and they couldn't get an air conditioner fixed
SCAM ARTISTS They have you pay $40 for them to basically set up an appointment for you because ponce the contractor comes out they dont cover anything so you end up paying for all services done anyways so why mess with the Landmark Warranty middle mans who skim money off the top.
