Very difficult to get claim started. Multiple times I was on hold for long periods of times. A lot of exclusions . A plumber came and have to rip open the dry wall for repair but landmark would not pay to fix the drywall. They sent me a check for 40$. Try getting anyone to repair anything for 40. Another example ... months of back and forth for them to final say they would not repair the pool.

we bought a home and moved in and found out that the refrigerator was not working. I called and they contacted a repairman who contacted me and was out the same day to check on it. It as dead and could not be repaired. Landmark had a replacement check to us in less than 10 days and we were able to buy the refrigerator we wanted.

We recently had multiple pipe leaks and it took them forever to send someone out. We kept on not getting any answers, had to repeat our story multiple times. We have been left without water for a week. Still without water. Plummer at least fixed our pipe under the sink and was friendly. Lankmark didn't cover the other pipe that was leaking, so my husband is now trying to fix it until we can get professionals to repipe the house. What a mess though, they don't cover anything, I wouldn't waste my money renewing with them again... read more

The contractors they you lies apparently don't get paid prevailing wages for their job so they could care less about the customer schedule 3 to 5 days out on emergency situations they could care less

I was assigned a representative who never contacted me. I called and left a message with a live person and no one returned that call either. Your company was at the top of my list for home warranty, but customer service is my highest priority (not cost) so I will be going with a different company.
