My previous warranty company would send someone out then have to wait days before repair would get approved. With Landmark they send out a repair specialist and they fix it!

When I have a claim, it is usually denied or not paid at all. After much back and forth, initiated on my part, I do get some payment.

They were useless when I called them to help with my broken dishwasher. The guy was here less than 5 minutes. He didn't know what the problem was so he told me to call a plumber.

Problem with a dishwasher. Landmark sent one group to fix it. We paid the $60 for the visit, but the dishwasher wasn't fixed. Called again and Landmark sent a second repair group (Landmark stopped using the first group that was sent). Again we paid the $60 for the house visit. Again the dishwasher was not repaired. We asked to have the dishwasher replaced. We had 2 choices. Choose $266 in cash or a GE dishwasher that has the same specifications as the machine we currently have. Have really not had a great experience with them. We live in Texas and our AC went out and it took them over a month to get it repaired, which displaced us for that entire time and they were unwilling to pay for any displacement costs. They also frequently told us about conversations that they had had with the company they were working with to repair our AC, and when we talked about those conversations with the company they were unaware of any of the things that landmark claimed they said.
