Slow getting technician to house; slower still for approval to fix the problem
I tried numerous time to get them to earn my business and no one called me back. I do not understand how there is such a high customer rating.
Had a leaky toilet in the master bathroom & needed it fixed ASAP! You provided a local plumbing company who bent over backwards to fix the problem! Thank you!
efficiency of service and follow through
I've always had someone answer my calls the first time, and have had the vendors/contractors call to schedule an appt within 1-2 days, and be there when they say they will.
From the beginning, customer service, I was told your company would not help me with my ac and I should not bother having my dangerous Freon leak looked at. I have had 3 other ac companies come to look at me ac and non of them need a leak detected to find the source of the leak. Your ac guy was also the highest quote out of any other I received. I only have your company because I purchased a home. The money would be better spent if the home own r had just give me the funds.
I have had landmark HW for the past year and I can not wait for my contract to end .The most ridiculous and unprofessional team of people ever. I have had to use their "service" twice on my home and each time they did not fail to disappoint me. Not recommended at all. Never renewing my contract again.
Our kitchen faucet was broken. We contacted them to have it fixed. After four weeks and several phone calls, they eventually told us that they would repair builders-grade (i.e. cheap) faucets. Our faucet is was installed later on and more expensive. Thus, they would not have it fixed. They paid us $47 and basically said we're on our own. Several problems here: 1- It took four weeks to give us a final answer? 2- Their final answer is "No, we won't fix your faucet". Not acceptable.
Took 7 days to fix dryer. Ice maker is listed as covered but only the motor is covered and it has to stop working. So if it leaks, you are on your own. AC unit wasnt cooling but to fix it i had to.pay to reclaim the freon nd then pay for new freon. All techs are out to sell you more. I sell real estate, find a better company.
