Have had nothing but arguing back and forth about is something covered or not. Most people, myself included are under the assumption that if something is broke or doesn't work correctly to call and have it looked at and repaired. Since we closed on our house back on June 8th, we have submitted 3 requests and all I ever get from you guys is that is a preexisting condition so it isn't covered. Because even though I paid upfront for a yrs coverage I still had to pay $1200 out of pocket.. to get my repair done

They nickle and dime you before they will repair or replace something. Almost to the cost of the replacement item.

We live in Texas. In the dead of summer last year our AC unit stopped working and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. They did not pay to put us up in a hotel even after we requested. We were forced to impose on a friend that whole time, the food in our house went bad, crayons melted, our carpet smelled singed for a month afterward. It was 98 degrees in my house and I had a two year old and an infant baby. I had to call them every day to get things moving along in my service request. It was an absolute nightmare. I am not happy with it because the contractors they hire is not efficient and also their premium is raised every year.

I paid my warranty for almost a year when I started having problems with my air conditioning. They wouldn't cover it

I was very disappointed when we had to replace our kitchen faucet due to a leak. They would only replace the very cheapest faucet that did not even have a sprayer. So we went with the buy out option and we had to pay twice for the service rep to come back and replace it. It cost us about $ 200 and we were re-imbursed $ 74. We know we had to pay for the original service call so I did not even include that in the total. The whole thing took us almost a month and we were without water in our kitchen for that amount of time.
