Prices keep going up and they have yet to cover anything. Service call price is essentially the cost of the service, so why do I pay a monthly fee.
Landmark seems to have good service once you talk to a representative, but getting to a live person can be difficult. I left two separate messages for my claims manager and he DID NOT return my phone calls either time! Very mediocre customer service.
They assigned a bad plumber to my house who caused another leak, and then did nothing to help me fix it or remedy the situation with the plumber.
only covered item that caused failure,items damaged by failure not covered. Furnace blower scroll came loose from motor,they would only cover that and not damged motor/ shaft. rediculous.
Because they don't listen to the concerns I had about the contractor they sent out.

Their communication is terrible. I had to repeatedly email and call to get answers and push them to get my repairs completed multiple times.
They fixed my ac and when I had another issue less then 30 days later they sent a guy within one hour and it was repaired at no additional cost (except the $70 service call fee as it was not related to the first repair at all!)Love Landmark!
