Took over 4 months to get refrigerator repaired and 8 phone calls
Responsive to claims input and scheduling. Follow through to complete necessary repairs!
Never paid for anything other than heater maintenance. Plumbers never could not clear drains.
They never gave me my credit and they won't cover any of my claims.
I have not received any booklet with all the information regarding the warranty but I have had a lot of emails with information.
Every time I call to get a contractor out for basic work, Landmark tried to get me to put it off for a couple months. This included a broken AC unit and Furnace.
Horrible Customer Service, very sarcastic, and rude, and condescending
Purchased warranty, didn't realize I would have to pay for the unit needed to be replaced.
Because they sent a contractor to my house and they broke my door and landmark won't do anything about it!!! The contractor says he can't fix it and to get with landmark so now I have a broken door lock and nobody will do anything to help me
