I am not sure why I renewed it, nothing seems to be covered. They have an excuse to not cover everything.
Challenging to open a claim by phone on the weekend

I have had a couple of decent repair calls, but some are really bad. Companies like yours always nail customers with the fine print, exceptions to coverage, and the horrible process. Example #1: I added on my pool pump to my policy for an additional fee. The system started leaking. Company does not alwas send correct contractor to preform task requirments.
I had sent 3 emails called 8 times left message did not get call back
They did work with us but said because of a "preexisting condition" they would not cover the full repair. I believe that preexisting conditions are the reason to get a home warranty.
My washer went out, and found that it could not be repaired. Ichose nor to pick a GE brand, so i received $550 towards a new one. I ended up paying for a complete matching set, more money but I'm satisfied with new washer and dryer.
