they choose very small companies to do work which limits availability and quality of their work.
They were great at addressing the problem and got someone out fast to take a look. But, after things needed to be ordered , everytging was denied.
My son just moved into his new condo and was told he would have to wait 6 days to have access to hot water as they couldn't send a repair guy fir water heater any sooner. I called landmark back and spoke to a sympathetic customer service lady who got me an appointment the same day.
Service providers tell us they do not give priority to landmark warranty calls- this is opposite of what landmark customer service agents tell you.
I love where it is hard to get your contractors and need to be able to get my own to get timely service
they have addressed my needs and whenever I have had problems they have sought to remedy.
They do not research their contract repair people who often get the lowest ratings and do shotty work
Vendor/Contractor that was sent out tried to sell me a $475 service that I didn't need. I called another plumber who was able to complete the repair for $125. Unless the repair is covered, I will never trust the vendor that is sent by Landmark.
They will try to find any possible loophole to avoid paying claims.
