I don't think they save me any money. Small claims are great. Big claim, not so good. The time and prices they want save you nothing and it takes forever! Not worth it.
Customer service is very poor, I called for re service order but he didnt want to.understand what is my concern.
Poor quality of contractors. Poor follow up.
Poor custom service representatives and less than adequate contractors
Contractors that you work with are not timely in getting back to customers. Additionally, Landmark CSR offered to switch contractor when the first contractor did not get in touch with me but failed to tell me that when I switch contractor I go to end of the queue for people waiting for a contractor.
They pay out carefully and fiscally responsibly, but tend to have some fine print exceptions that can come as a surprise. But my only real complaint is their customer service phone system. Wait time averages 45 minutes, and last time I called to update a contact phone number I waited 2 hr 22 minutes! That's ridiculous, and has been like that for years. PS No matter what they say, there is no way to update either contact phone numbers nor payment method online. You have to call in. sigh.
I wish SO bad I could give Landmark Home Warranty ZERO stars!!!!! We made a HUGE mistake by not looking online at the company reviews when we went with Landmark. They have been an absolute nightmare and a complete s*** show to work with. Our AC unit went out and they got a contract company to come out and diagnose the issue on a Friday morning. We had a problem with out water backing back up into our house, called Landmark and they sent someone to come look at it. The guy snaked our toilet and left. The next day the water started backing back up into the house again. We called Landmark and told them we wanted the guy to come back out and look at. I bought the most expensive warranty and it has turned out to be worthless. I've put in for 3 service calls and while the phone operator is polite, the technicians are another story. I needed my AC serviced because it kept freezing up. The tech never called me. I hounded him to set up an appointment. He didn't show up for the first 2 appointments and then finally showed up while I was at work and I had to have someone else meet him.
