Difficult to work with if you have a claim
almost nothing is covered.. always exceptions. They still keep the $70 call fee
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Horrible contractors.

I do not currently feel there is much value in a home warranty. I recently filed a claim and it cost me over $1,300 out of my pocket, and the warranty only covered $500, ironically, the same amount I paid for the warranty.
Their warranties have many loop holes in terms of what is covered and what is not covered. You have to pay their $70 'call fee' just to get someone out to take a look To see if it is covered. More often than not, it is something that is either not covered or only partially covered and the $70 is wasted.
I opened a case over a month ago and it's still not fixed
Landmark seems to have a serious problem with hiring and training competent, courteous, discerning agents, particularly for weekend coverage. I submitted a service request on Saturday morning, around 7:15 a.m., for my water heater that ruptured the night before. The contractor assigned doesn't have after-hours or weekend service, which was especially troublesome for me as the shut-off to the heater was broken and I had to completely shut off the water in my house. Poor vendors. Sometimes takes multiple contacts and many days for LM customer service to get a vendor in to fix issues. Vendors are more interested in making quick fixes than doing work that will fix issues permanently. Customer service is less than helpful.
