The locksmith that I was required to use for a $60 fee did not deliver the four (4) sets of keys requested. I have made over a dozen phone calls with no response. I am very disappointed when I was informed that the re-keying service was "free". Paying for re-keying out of pocket is $90. The amount of time I have spent trying to get the keys promised is more than $30 of my time. I am disappointed.
A call was made because a dryer stopped heating. Repairman came out and within 15 minutes or so said the issue was a clogged vent which they didn't cover. Called Sears out and they came out, looked everything over and agreed that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned out but also found a crack in one of the tubings and some other issues. Had the air conditioning repaired then two weeks later had to pay 280.00 to have more Freon put in the system I don't feel it was diagnosed correctly cost me too much money it should have been repaired the first time correctly

Because they seem to be in the business to scam home owners. Even though the repair was "covered", they found a way to make me pay for most of the expense.
They don't honor their word. They explained to me that my 2nd ac unit would be able to cool down my house without exhausting my unit while my 1st unit went out and 2 1/2 weeks later (it took that long to fix my unit in this az summer heat) my other unit started acting up not wanting to cool down.
Inconsistent customer service. They close tickets before they know the work is done. They make me pay $60 for everything even if they are all the same issue, i.e. plumbing, etc.
The wording in the contract is misleading in terms of covering the "pool sweep motor". No one explained that the pool sweep motor itself is not covered under warranty (even though the warranty specifically says pool sweep motor), but rather the pump itself. If that is the case, why not state "pool sweep pump" in the contract. The main reason I purchased the pool add-on was to cover the pool sweep.
