When I called for an A/C repair, after 5:00 and in the middle of summer, o had a call from the repair guy in less than an hour and everything repaired before lunch the next day.
They refuse to fix things that are not working properly.
Would rather pay you a small sum on money to make problem go away rather than fix the problem.
I've had dishwasher that leaks 4 repair men sent out nothing fixed and charged me for each visit and now they will send me a check for $66 to have repair or purchase a new one.
10 phone calls in 3 months with no help. Finally get a phone call, representative said they could not find anyone to repair the dishwasher. They sent me a check for $200 to replace a $500 dishwasher. Representive also stated that I could not claim the dishwasher in the future, even after I purchased a new one. I called a local company to get dishwasher repaired. Repairman said it would be cheaper to buy a new one.
Awful operators, poor follow up.terrible communication. The worst service I've ever experienced.
The local business needs to make the appointments, NOT , NOT Landmark Home Warranty
I have done a service request through them 2x now for same issue, a backup that was causing leaks. I paid fee and none of the plumbers sent fixed issue. I was given the run around, different info by each rep I spoke with, and not helped at all. They didn't even offer a refund on the service fee for the plumber who came out and said he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the time to look for the clean outs. Everytime I call, I know I'm going to have to fight with them on everything. We've had issues with our home and it's like pulling teeth literally everytime we call.
