My mother has been a resident since January 2026 primarily as respite but now permanently. It was a stressful time for all the family involved including my mum. All staff were incredibly supportive during the transition period and my mother is now extremely well settled and in a content and happy place. My husband transferred here from another care home. The transition was extremely well managed. The facilities are beautiful but more importantly the care is good and staff seem well trained. They are friendly and welcoming. I get the impression most have been there quite some time and are happy in their work. The atmosphere is calm and professional at all times. The food is beautifully presented and dining rooms well set out. The home is very clean and well maintained. Cannot fault it.

Fairfield Manor is a fantastic modern care home. All members of staff from top to bottom are caring& friendly making you feel welcome. The car and compassion they show is exceptional. The home is spotlessly clean throughout. Food is excellent with each persons diet unique to them. The welfare team work tirelessly to provide activities for all residents including trips out. Could not praise them enough for the care they gave my wife who had dementia.

Both my parents are now in Fairfield - and we also selected this lovely home, as they have staff trained in Huntington's disease, and how to properly care for family members with this condition. My Dad become a resident last September and has really settled in well, with his new routine, and this is mainly due to equal efforts of both the nursing team, and wellbeing team. I cannot speak highly enough of this fantastic care home. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels clean, modern, and deeply homely. The staff are brilliant, attentive, and consistently go the extra mile for the residents. My friend has settled in well and is looked after with the utmost respect and compassion. From the moment I came to visit Fairfield Manor on behalf of my dad, I knew it would be a wonderful place for him to live and he deserved to be in the environment that all the staff create. Every time I come to visit everyone always greets me with smiles and care. They quickly got to know my dad and got him involved in lots of the daily activities. My mother-in-law was a resident at Fairfield Manor for almost five years. She had outstanding care. As her condition deteriorated, the staff adapted to her needs and showed concern and compassion along with respect for her as an individual. The present manager and deputy manager go beyond the call of duty to ensure that night care as well as day care is up to standard. Any problems or concerns have been dealt with immediately and with professionalism and courtesy. We have also felt included in the life of the home.

Fairfield Manor is a Five Star care home. They have been looking after my mother in law for six weeks now, Dec 2025, and she has settled in very well. The staff are always very welcoming when my wife and I visit. There are daily morning and afternoon activities for the residents to participate in every day of the week, which she enjoys joining in.
