The staff are friendly but don't expect many interactions with your family member. Your 7k per month will get your family member fed watered and washed etc they are mechanics. To be fair You'll see some events in the main communal area. Of course i am biased as my mother passed away just a few weeks back. I wish i could truly say what i think about these folks. Baycroft is a lovely care home. The staff and managers are really friendly and welcoming. The kitchen serve three course meals that are of excellent standard! Such a lovely atmosphere and I would be more than happy for a relative of mine to stay here. The receptionists are helpful and the activity coordinator is always doing fun things with the residents and making them smile. Baycroft easily gets 5 stars from me.

From the outside this home looks like a Stately home and the inside is no different, beautiful communal areas, bedrooms and gardens, the home is clean and the Gardens are well looked after. The level of care provided is outstanding and you can tell how happy all of the residents are, they are kept stimulated and engaged with regular activities throughout the day! The staff are welcoming and approachable, would highly recommend.

Terrible experience. Non compassionate,poor communication. I was not informed my mum passed away , just that the funeral directors picked her up this morning. Very upsetting. All staff have poor language skills and cannot translate properly, I wouldn't recommend this place at all

I have visited Baycroft a couple of times and I am amazed how friendly the staff, they were very helpful and knowledgeable to my needs. The place is really clean and tidy and feels really brand new with an element of 5 star standards. I felt welcomed and well looked after during my stay.
