Honestly don't even know how to start off this review. I had a TERRIBLE experience with Dean purchasing my Honda. All of my requirements going in were essentially ruled out without my okay. The ONLY constellation was Mo. Mo did a PHENOMENAL job not just getting this deal done, but really taking care of me. This 5 star review is for him, and him alone! Thank you so much Mo for taking care of me.

Car hunting at Fiat of Scottsdale is a total delight! Dean, Ozzy, and Christopher make a wonderful team. After so many years of shopping with them, I'm considered "family," making my buying experience extra special. In short, I highly recommend this dealership.

Jon is so awesome, his customer service is beyond wonderful and definitely goes the extra 10 miles. Through my entire process of getting my vehicle fixed, he had strong communication and always informed me of the entire process. He answered all of my questions (and I had many) and was so extremely patient. I drive an extra 30 minutes to come to this location because the customer service is so excellent!!! Thank you all again at Fiat especially Jon!!!I wish there was more people in this world like them!!!

I traded in my Fiat 500e for a brand new 2021 Fiat 500x and let just say Shane , Chris, Garrett really hooked me up they were so nice and made sure taken care of. They're really a blessing if you ever want to buy a car or trade it in ask for them. They will educate you on everything that you don't know and will not take advantage of you some car sale people are just trying to make a quick buck but they are the best they will literally work with you and help you make the right decision on a car that is right for you!! I purchased a beautiful gently used Lexus last week from Dean. I was in and out of the dealership in less than three hours. The car was exactly what I had seen on-line and both Dean and the finance manager were able to answer all questions and help with car features. I would recommend this dealership and Dean time and time again! You won't be disappointed!

I was assisting a friend in the search and purchase of a used car. She found a 2011 Honda CRV at Fiat of Scottsdale and we took the journey across town to check it out. She decided to buy it, however there was an issue with the rear seats not folding down as designed. Over the last 3 years I purchased two cars from Scottsdale Fiat. One was a new Fiat and the other a low mile Mazda SUV. These guys are absolutely amazing! Their prices are very competitive and they don't try to sell you just to make a sale. They asked what I was looking for and suggested me various options. Car buying has never been a smooth process but not so with Scottsdale Fiat!!! I was done in less than 2 hours. I am delighted doing business with them and will go there again!
