Super helpful staff. Purchased a 2015 Fiat Pop with a manual transmission for the first time. The team here was more than understanding and set aside their time to help me get used to the new style of driving. If you're in the market for a new car, this place is great.

Brought my fiat in after the window wouldn't roll up. Fred Nielsen helped me and was able to get me in within a couple days. He was very efficient and realized that I would be waiting for it in the lobby so was nice to hurry. Customer service was excellent!
I had a great experience buying a car at Fiat of Scottsdale. I realize that sounds strange when buying a car, but it was easy, no pressure and enjoyable. I worked with Shahid and Ozzy for my Giulia. The dealership was very nice and those guys knew the car inside and out, but didn't flood me with stuff I didn't care about. The negotiations weren't the car salesman style of hours of back and forth waiting for some guy to go in a back room. They were up front with what could be done and honest with me. My Car buying experience at Fiat was fantastic !
