Too many customers for the short staff and a very small showroom. Really have to negotiate hard to come anywhere near negotiable price but still didn't come close to Autonation Fords priced on a used 124 Spyder

After going to a different dealership to get my car serviced (they were not helpful and I left) we called FIAT the same day for service. We needed an oil change and tire rotation. They had us come right in and they got us in despite how busy they were. I was greeted quickly when I got here, brought a water and brought inside quickly. This is a huge plus as I had an infant with me. They were so accommodating and quick with their service. I will definitely be coming back to FIAT if Scottsdale to get my car serviced!

I bought my brand new 124 Spider Abarth here, and drove all the way from SoCal to do it. They were the only dealership that didn't lie about whether they had the car or not (I had very specific criteria), but were willing to send me the sticker and negotiated with me right over the phone before I made the drive over. While we were there, it was the simplest and easiest transaction I have ever participated in. They provided everything we needed, and their customer service was extraordinary. We bought a nearly new Fiat this last weekend. The sales staff and management were fast and courteous. There was a slight snafu with taxes that they brought to our attention the next day, but they knew it was an honest mistake on their end and they took care of the expense to make it right. We received follow-up calls and emails to make sure we were happy and to know they took care of the financial error. Can't complain!

I just purchased a used Mercedes Benz GLC 300 from Fiat of Scottsdale. I was trading in my wife's Toyota Rav4. The staff was tremendous. They worked with me to make sure everything was easy and stress free. We saw the car online and Shane followed up immediately.
