Took our fiat in for service. Fred is such an awesome guy and very friendly! He makes sure your car is well taken care of. All worth the wait! Never had a bad experience. Husband and I will keep coming to him. Thank you so much and we hope he never leave!

Went back to Fiat of Scottsdale today due to low tire pressure and the loss of the tire cap. AGAIN, fabulous and quick service. Looking forward to my next visit....really great service!

Matthew was an excellent salesman. Made the experience enjoyable with my family. He was extremely honest and upfront which is hard to find in a cars salesman. I will always refer them for anyone buying a new or used car. We did buy a car from them today!

These people really help !!!! They are more about finding the right car for you rather then a simple sale. I highly recommend this dealer for purchasing and service. My Sales person Lauri Foster is great, go see her.
Purchased a new Fiat 500 yesterday and I couldn't be more happy. It's been over 10 years since I've been at a car dealership and my experience back then wasn't good. However this time it was completely different. The sales person Matthew Trask was very patient he wasn't pushy or aggressive and he showed me some great cars and answered all my questions. By the time I drove away in my new car I was very happy and felt great. If you need a new car then ask for Matthew, he was outstanding.
Great experience! Found a car i wanted and did the trade in there too. Mo was the initial contact and provided me with a lot of information, saw the car was ready , cleaned, and up front when i got there. He took me for test ride and was knowledgable and professional. He was a good intermediary until Ian came to iron out the numbers, and while i would have liked it closer to my ballpark, i felt they were fair and reasonable and worked with me to get the car i wanted and give me a fair offer. Updated 4/12/16- I had to edit this from 5 stars when Bill W. ran service, to 3 stars now that Fred Nielsen runs the service department. He sends you an email the day before as a reminder of your appointment and it states that they have a shuttle and rental cars. I get there at 7:20, for a 7:30 appointment, and of course Fred is running around like a chicken with his head cut off. This gent rushes everything.
