We bought a Platinum protection warranty on our used 2012 Kia Sorento. We were fortunate that we never had to use the warranty. I always felt, when we bought the policy, that if we were lucky enough to never have serious car problems that somehow, in the end, we wouldn't get our full warranty amount back. I was wrong! Today we received our check for the full price we paid. It is a great thing to say that a warranty was worth the money and that they stood behind the purchase agreement 100%. I've had Fidelity Warranty auto services on my 2012 Acura TL for four years. Two weeks ago was the first time that I had to use the service. The customer service rep with whom I spoke was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and guided me through the repair process. My car needed $2600 worth of work for multiple issues, most of which was covered under my warranty. My 2014 Kia Cadenza needed a new entertainment unit which costs about 900. Kia called the service dept and took care of the radio with no cost. I didn't even have to be reimbursed; they paid the dealer direct which was great. I am looking to buy another car and looking for the same policy. Thank you
