Received help with service from Jarvis Bass. He went above and beyond his duties to get me taken care of and it is truly appreciated. I have had a very hard time with my dealer getting my repairs and to be honest I thought I would hit a road block with them as well. I did not realize struts were under my warranty until after the mechanic had begun work I called Fidelity and the had the mechanic call them. More then half of my $1300 bill is covered . I am so Very very pleased.
