I have purchased the FW Platinum plan twice on cars.My 2013 Hyundai Genesis transmission shifted hard between 1st & 2nd gear. First the module was changed, this did not fix the issue. Dealer had a rep from FW visit & the trans was replaced. So worth it.

I was a little scared when my transmission failed, since extended warranties have a bad reputation of not following through. Fidelity representatives were nice and helpful the inspector came out and approved my claim with no bs. Thank you
