I was nervous to have someone professionally service my 50 year-old oil furnace as I was thinking they might just walk in and basically say you need to buy a new furnace rather than actually service mine (and charge me an expensive house call fee). First Call installed our heating and air-conditioning 15 years ago and has been maintaining it since. We are very impressed with the company and the technicians they send. Today Jeff came for our annual maintenance. As is typical with this company, he was on time, very professional and polite and wore booties without being asked. He was efficient, thorough and took photos so that we could see for ourselves the condition. Jeff is nice to have around and does a good job.

My old Trane furnace developed a crack in the heat exchanger and failed during the coldest part of the winter. First Call responded quickly and diagnosed and showed me the problem, which was serious. We called in their HVAC consultant who turned out to be the same person who sold us our last system. He was very experienced, understood exactly what we had installed before (a complex system) and was willing to discuss all options in an effort to find what would work best for us. First Call heating and cooling installed a new Tran furnace and AC about 6 years ago. I have found them to be very responsive when I call for service or any other questions. I would recommend them highly. They always send highly trained repairman

First Call has upgraded our HVAC experience to the next level with an energy efficient furnace and heat pump. We are so thrilled they nudged us towards the heat pump instead of AC as it has reduced our environmental impact dramatically while still being just as good (if not better!) than traditional AC. Also the cost was equivalent too and actually a little cheaper after rebates so there wasn't any pressure. We got several quotes when we needed a new furnace. This company came in a little lower and we appreciate they didn't try to upsell us with a fancier unit with features we wouldn't use. We basically turn the furnace off for at least six months of the year and manually adjust it when it's on. This new furnace has been great, keeping us much warmer than the old unit.

About a month ago when it was in the 90s we found a puddle of water below our furnace. I called First Stop who had installed our HVAC 17 years ago and was able to get an appt in 2 days. It was a quick fix for a plugged P trap. The weather cooled down and time elapsed before we used the AC again. Once again there was a water leak. This time when I called First Call they were actually able to come by the same day. We were without heat and I called at 1pm on a Friday! Dylan was at my house 2hrs later! He diagnosed the problem and had the part needed in his van. He repaired the furnace in 1/2 hr. Best experience ever. Thank you. Thank you. You saved the weekend!!!
