First Call was the heating oil supplier when I bought my house 15 years ago. Our 50-60 furnace was on its way out. Possibly affecting our health. From discussing a gas conversion to the actual conversion yesterday, I have nothing but to give them high marks. Everyone (even office staff on the phone) was so friendly, understanding, and willing to give explanations for any questions. They just serviced our home the furnace and the AC unit Dave was very informative very knowledgeable very polite and very courteous I will be going back to them next year

Our AC went out at the start of a two day heat wave. I called First Call and they said someone would be out the next day. They emailed and called to confirm the time and the name of the repair guy. Their vans are well marked and their repair guys are in uniform with their name clearly visible. Dan was great, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. My house is now cool and I am very happy. Their prices were transparent and reasonable.

Been getting oil from this company for a long time now. I called today to see if we were going to be getting our autofill any time soon, as we were getting low on oil (47 gallons to be exact) and they said it was already scheduled and should be sometime in the next couple of days. That was around 2 this afternoon, before 5pm the truck showed up and filled the tank. Couldnt ask for much better service than that. Ok.... wow..... awesome service!!!! Our furnace died and I called for service and a repair man was there within 2 hours. Not only did Chris Batsch, our amazing repair man, diagnose the problem, but he had the parts that needed to be replaced in the van. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Had a crack in the heat exchange and needed to replace a 28 year old furnace. Called another company first to get a quote and they were delaying in their response so we decided to call First call heating and cooling. They came out the next day to inspect and give us a quote. joe and chester came on a Saturday 2 day later to install a new gas furnace. They did a great job. So here we are, having decided to replace our 14 year old oil-fired Olsen with a Trane gas furnace. It was a hard decision given that the oil furnace was still functional.
