I kind of feel bad updating this, but our initially great experience went to mediocre. The A/C unit we had installed had stopped working after only a few weeks. I am always shocked that when something bad happens, everyone complains to anyone that will listen, but when it's something great they keep it to themselves. Well, I'm here to say First Call was AMAZING! We have always had, and hated electric baseboard heat. Why? I just had a new furnace installed by these guys. The install was clean and they corrected some errors made by previous owner on a earlier install that will make future remolding project easier. Price stayed at original quote which was right in middle with other estimates I had gotten. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Great job!

Excellent service. Jason was great about helping me select the best systems for my replacement furnace. The installers were professional, and took care to make certain I understood how to clean the filters. They explained the thermostat and set it to my preferences. I highly recommend them!

Everyone I was in contact with at First Call was wonderful. I needed to schedule a furnace tune up as well as get heating oil for my tank. First Call scheduled a meeting for the same week with two separate people coming out with a window of 9am-12am. I was pleasantly surprised then when at 9:01am I got a knock on the door for the guy to fill the tank! He was courteous and speedy. Immediately after he left I got a call saying the furnace technician was on his way and showed up around 9:30am (very impressive timeliness). ... read more

I called first call after De Temple failure, one year changing pieces of our Lochinvar boiler that works randomly no matter what they did. We wanted to install a new system and forget about Lochinvar. They gave us a deal at not charge to find what the problem was, involving a representative of Lochinvar. With a special thank you to the heat people. He walked is through it. It was a tube from fan to the a small diaphragm. It was stuck. I called and thanked them so much. I recommend this company to anyone in need of new or just not working. They truly are there to help you understand. Biggest thank you on the coldest day of the year thus far.

As a first time home owner, I'm anxious about things like this yet they made me feel very good about taking care of furnace problems. They deserve every star in my review because they saved me hundreds of dollars working with me with what turned out to be a simple problem with my heater. Even though there was some confusion, I still think they handled things very well considering it was the coldest day of the season so far. Excellent customer service!!! My furnace would not fire up with the start of winter. Due to the icy weather we're having today they didn't have enough crew/staff to get to me right away-- however, They did spend a great deal of time with me on the phone walking me through what to do to get my furnace up and working. And by golly it worked! So, the next time I need HVAC assistance these will be the guys I call!
