Jason was so patient working through all my questions, and I put him through the ringer for sure...I wanted to know everything possible about my install from unit specs to financing to incentives. Daniel Stevens and Nathan McCord are great!!! They installed the units (electric AC and gas furnace). Swept up after themselves, wore booties in my house, helped me program the thermostat, cleaned up the fingerprints on the equipment...explained all the equipment. First Call installed a new furnace and added an AC unit for us after our 30+ year old furnace failed. From the first meeting through installation, their people were first class professionals. They were never late and we were well informed throughout the installation. Since we were without heat during a normal February period, they were able to fit the work work into their schedule only a couple of days after getting the go-ahead. Mr. Nash retired, all calls are redirected to Tri-Country Heat Ok, so the following part. The tech that serviced the (my) faulty furnace was great in fixing the problem and advising me on alternative filtering methods and such related maintenance talk. What I did not care for was his taking it on himself to mark in Sharpie on my furnace filter door to clean the things monthly. Really? Not cool....

First Call heating and cooling just installed our new furnace! This company is tops in service Daniel Stevens and his partner did a great job on our install. Explaining what would take place on removal of old furnace and installation of new one. These two Technicians completed the install working around a power outage in our area for 1 1/2 hrs. Five more stars for First Call for the final phased installation and approval by city building inspection. A recent move to Oregon found us in need of a new heating and cooling system. We had a new furnace installed on Nov.20th. It could not have gone any better or been a more pleasant experience. First, Steve came out right away to talk to us about new furnace options, discounts, incentive and tax credits. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything completely and in lay persons terms with no pressure what so ever. First Call was able to get the install scheduled within a week during a very busy time for all HVAC companies (most companies we contacted told us it would be 2-6 weeks for install).... read more

I kind of feel bad updating this, but our initially great experience went to mediocre. The A/C unit we had installed had stopped working after only a few weeks. Although Eastside Heating was admittedly great about getting back to us when we kept calling, it took about five visits before they figured out what was wrong. They kept sending different people. I am always shocked that when something bad happens, everyone complains to anyone that will listen, but when it's something great they keep it to themselves. Well, I'm here to say First Call was AMAZING! We have always had, and hated electric baseboard heat. Why? I just had a new furnace installed by these guys. The install was clean and they corrected some errors made by previous owner on a earlier install that will make future remolding project easier. Price stayed at original quote which was right in middle with other estimates I had gotten. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Great job!
