** Stay away!!**They gave me car seats that were rated for 4 year olds, after I told them my twin girls were only 3! Myra said leave the keys in the ignition when returning and not even thinking, I left my personal Keys attached to their key ring. I've been trying to get a hold of them for over 24 hours now with no call backs, no one will transfer me to anyone and I keep getting hung up on while waiting on hold! Fuck this place! Shitty customer service. No direct phone line to office. All automated and they NEVER RETURN CALLS and the call Center said they cannot do anything but send an email that seems to go un answered. Other than that The women said I should go back to the location . Mind you I was on vacation! Rented a car no issues there or on the return. Worst customer service ever. Do not use this company. They will rip you off every way that they can. If you do use them do not use the pay in advance option. They have lost my business and my friends and families.

Dirty beat up car and a long wait with out any staff members to at least acknowledge their appreciation for everyone’s patience regarding the ridiculous wait time!

Our rental car was infested with cockroaches. Our luggage ended up getting infested and we ended up throwing away our suitcases. Clothes are in garbage bags in our garage, not sure what we will do with them. Fox gave us a $14 discount for the roaches and when we complained about our luggage they offered us $100 discount on a future service or $50 credit for our previous rental. No where near good enough so we told them no thanks. They responded by saying they discounted our credit card $75 as if that would be enough either. ... read more

Fox kept our Security deposit bc we returned the car in Florida with sand on the mats. Wouldn’t they expect sand in a rental in Florida?? We were not treated kindly. There is no way vacuuming the rental would cost them $150. The manager was rude and said he didn’t care what kind of review we left, or how our experience was. He said the 4 page document we signed said we had to return it clean. Say what? When have we ever had to detail a car before returning it!? I’ll never rent from them again. Their prices are a scam. Reserved weeks in advance. Did not receive vehicle I reserved. Arrived at DEN office and explained I came to ski with family and needed a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. They claimed it was all they had. The gave me an SUV with rear wheel drive and tires that needed replacing. It was scary driving in the snow and ice. Customer service was not helpful. Worst car rental ever. I would not recommend.
