Just had our new furnace installed yesterday by the Furnace Family group. Technicians Julian and Connor performed their job in a professional manner. After installation the job site was left spotless and Julian went over the details with respect to the furnace operation. I am currently waiting for a call from the City inspection department to review the work and to provide a certificate on the installation. Chris Brown came out to check my furnace on Sept. 18. He was polite, efficient and explained everything he did. Also cautioned me that though everything seems good on my furnace it is, in effect, a 21-year-old furnace so could not totally guarantee it. Would definitely have him again to check my furnace, and, if necessary, my hot water heater.

The technician inspecting our furnace was courteous, businesslike, and able to explain what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was obvious that he was drawing on years of experience and that he wasn't just following steps laid out in a manual. The work was done speedily but without undue haste. On top of all that, he gave the impression that he liked what he was doing. We'd be happy to see him again in due course or in an emergency.

Chris Brown came to fix my furnace fan - found the problem immediately - it needed a new part. They did not have the part. So he got one ordered. Chris is very personable, cheery, and helpful to answer any questions. He is careful and leaves things clean. Very knowable. I would ask for Chris to come next time if I ever have trouble again. Chris Brown was super. He went beyond your everyday serviceman. When he first arrived to install the humidifier, we realized that it was going to be too large for the area that it had to go in. He did some research and came up with an alternative unit that was smaller but he didn't stop there. Our Ac quit working and of course it was 30 degrees outside and a Saturday evening. I called the emergency line and was put in touch with Chris Brown. He was professional and very prompt. He was able to quickly troubleshoot an unusual issue and get us back up and running within the hour. This was a lifesaver for us and our toddler, without his service we would have been in for a long night with a cantankerous 2 year old.

Gabe & Luigi did a great job on my AC installation! They explained what they were going to do, they were very professional and courteous. They left my house just as they found it (cleaned up after themselves) and finally explained what they did, how the AC works and how to maintain. I would highly recommend Furnace Family if you are thinking about installing AC. I am so happy I chose the Furnace Family.
