Incredible service. Our service tech for furnace provided ongoing info regarding our type of furnace and a very detailed checklist of all components that requires addressing both short term and potential long term maintenance requirements. Awesome service. Had issue with garage heater, thought he figured it out but turned into two issues. Didn't charge for the part he ordered when we decided on a new heater. And didn't charge for the service calls. Quote for the heater was exactly what they charged. The two new guys were on time and very friendly and very efficient and cleaned up after installation.
I was extremely pleased with the work that my service technician did on my leaking humidifier and the flame sensor on my furnace yesterday evening. He was efficient, courteous and shared some valuable tips on my humidifier and furnace's proper functioning. It was an emergency call and this technician definitely went beyond the call of duty to fix my humidifier and my furnace's problems in record time and by giving me tips that gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend him for future furnace or humidifier problems!

My furnace stopped last night, good thing it wasn't 20 below. Phoned the Furnace Family at 8 AM and actually got a real live, very happy, friendly person. Asked if I could get someone out to look at my furnace and was told someone could be there by 10 AM. I agreed and at 9:15 got a call from ***** saying he would be at my house in 15 Min. He showed up at 9:30 and by 10:30 my furnace was running and the house was toasty warm again. Excellent service overall! I've delayed writing this review to see if things were still working a few days later. They are! Many thanks to Family Furnace and most especially "***" (name changed to respect anonymity requirements) who was the Red Seal - Gas fitter A who did the service work.
Service person was on time, very friendly and helpful in explanation of how system works. Performed a small repair on the pipe coming out of inducer as part of the furnace maintenance service cost. Heard the company owner talking on CHED radio which motivated me to call for the service, very pleased with the service. Will use again.
