Excellent company to deal with, knowledgeable and efficient as well as courteous. We appreciated their prompt service on a Sunday afternoon when our furnace fan quit working and the attention to the pandemic procedures were also appreciated. Highly recommend this "family"!

******** the Furnace Family guy that fixed my furnace, called to let me know he was coming and showed up when they said he would. Replaced a motor in my furnace and it now runs a lot quieter. Also noticed another part that needed replacing which saved me having to deal with it later. Very pleasant fellow. As far as the company itself, they provided fast, efficient service and it turned out to be a lot cheaper than one of their competitors, who I will not name. All-in-all, very satisfied with the service.

I contacted Furnace Family with a problem with my furnace. The tech phoned before arriving. He arrived diagnosed the problem, gave me an idea of cost, and time required. He went to pick up the part, then installed it did a maintenance check up on the furnace. Presented the bill and was on his way. The tech **** was pleasant, professional, efficient, and tidy.
