I've had trouble with our recent 2 watches & the app. However, customer service has been really good the entire time. They've been friendly and have really tried to help. They replaced the watches we had, so tentative 4 stars for now. Hoping for success! The generation of watches before these worked fine. Issues with the upgraded watches before replacement: speech2text bugged, having to restart watches all the time for features to work, poor battery, gps not reliable, focus mode/alerts bugged.

Extremely painful to set up. (gabb watch 3e, I have 2 (2 kids)) The initial set up process took days. tech support chat was very helpful and responsive and eventually replaced both watches. The set up of the replacement watches went very smoothly. texting and calling works well. The task app and focus mode settings are very buggy and poorly documented. Support chat was again very helpful with this, but provided inconsistent information and links to conflicting documentation. hoping for a fix.

impossible to cancel subscriptions. update: they contacted me and helped me out. which was nice. still not obvious how to do it or easy from the app

as many have said, GPS is very slow; up to 12 hours before it refreshes. there had been at least two times that I really needed the GPS to be working and couldn't get it to refresh. that's frustrating. there are times, that the phone calls and text messages won't go through or be received. really frustrating when it coincides with GPS not locating. I don't want to switch to a different server though, because in a whole I feel this safest phone for teens; safety is built in priority.

Edited: Customer service has been fantastic working with us so far. We are getting a new watch. I will update with more stars if this new watch works better. Thanks Gabb It was working great previously, but now all the extra features have stopped working. I can't assign tasks. I can't turn off focus mode. I get 2 notifications every time instead of one.

Extremely painful to set up. (gabb watch 3e) The set up process takes hours/days for the watch and app to update and start working, but the instructions and ai assistant do not make this clear. Human phone support is very good - friendly, supportive, and helpful. Once set up the watch works pretty well and my 9yo child loves it. so I got another for my other child. The 2nd watch seemed set up (after a day of waiting) but required reboot to actually work. App menus unintuitive but work w practice

Don't buy, this is garbage. not working, and support does not help. Updating: Support reach out and return some money for the phone I got from them.

location is not working. we have had so many issues with the gabb services for a while now. we are looking elsewhere. UPDATE: location is still persistent and works intermittently. they don't have a true fix for it from what i can tell. so its still not very reliable. when it does work it works well.
