I've rewritten a review many times. This is my final thoughts after having Gabb phones for 2 years. Customer service is SO GOOD - very helpful/responsive. I'd give 5stars for them alone. However the GPS location falls a bit short. It works most of the time on our kids phones, but as soon as they enter a building (work, gym, school) it will stop working. I'm told they are working on the issue - my review will be 5stars when that is fixed!

update! apparently we had a defective phone. Gabb replaced it and now everything works perfectly. updated rating to 4/5 stars. tasks don't work right and it was one of the main reasons I bought the watch 3e for my son. gps part works perfectly as does texting. calling works but can be hard to hear.

2nd Update: Here we go again! My kids can't receive or make calls or texts. You sure did take the payment tho! Lawsuit waiting to happen when a chold is in an emergency and I am here for it. It's a little different to get used to over traditional cell phones. I needed assistance from a human due the SIM card not functioning properly at first. I received a call at home and we did a reset and we are now online and good to go. I feel at ease knowing my kids can reach me when they are not with me!

update: the gabb staff reached out and after troubleshooting determined a further update would be required to fix the bug. the latest update on feb 23rd fixed the issues with tasks original: since the latest update I am unable to see or assign tasks at all.

After the update I am no longer able to add new contacts to my child's contact list. I see an error message in red that says "please select child first". I only have one child account. Update: Customer service was very helpful. I was able to resolve the issue after resetting the watch. Nothing was lost on the watch so that was nice. Customer service definitely went above and beyond.

Review edited on 2/24/26: The Gabb team reached out to me personally. I am quite impressed with this service. We had some hiccups, but eventually we were able to pinpoint the issue and got it fixed. Everything is working as expected now and we are happy with the service. Great job Gabb! Original Review: Come on Gabb, improve your app. What is the point of this watch, if the app doesnt even work right? Its glitchy, slow to update location (which is super important), and unreliable.

not able to track. worked good for a little while and now I can't track my son at all. Gabb was very helpful in correcting the situation however still the app didn't allow tracking.

Update: Gabb reached out and sent me a new watch. After a few hiccups. the apps are now functioning well. Terrible Experience. GPS is delayed. now the watch 3se is only on black screen and i cannot even turn it back on, i tried to remove and repair the device. We hardly used it, had for 1 year. Would not recommend getting stuck in a contract for a service that cannot be used.
