Step counting works but history remains broken. Excellent customer service, mostly pleased otherwise

Update: After speaking with Gabb's customer service, we finally resolved the issue, and my daughter's watch is now displaying the location. I updated my rating to reflect their outstanding customer service and support. The watch was working well, but now the app and watch no longer shows my daughter's location. It might be off, have no network, or have a low GPS signal, but we're in a good area. I'm frustrated after replacing her lost watch and trying to troubleshoot without success.

The watch lasts well for about a year. we've had 3, better luck with this one charging at night and then turning off for the night, when It is turned on in the morning it lasts all day. Oddly, I have removed all of the "safe zones" to conserve battery further (and we don't really need that anymore) and one seems to be stuck on, always alerting me when we go anywhere. however it doe not show any safe zones in the app. I'm sure this is using extra phone battery. otherwise everything works well.

I like the safety but gps does not work well

*Edit: Issue was not with the app, but a different system issue. I worked with Gabb customer support to get the issue resolved. * Please fix the app to once again fully work with the Gabb Watch 2. Location and battery status no longer work for the Gabb Watch 2.

Not As Advertised. Three of my kids have Gabb devices. They have been gone from the house today for at least a couple hours apiece, yet their location shows them all at home. Update: Location seems to have improved, but real-time would be nice.

GPS accuracy can sometimes be affected by buildings, trees, signal strength, or a limited view of the sky, which can cause temporary location drift before updating again.

I had difficulty pairing the device someone gave my son, but the customer service reached out and w were extremely helpful. it turned out that the person who gave us the watch had not properly unpaired their own account and that was the issue. They walked me through the set up and it was very easy after that. We are happy with the watch so far.

Finding more and more issues, we've had this thing for a week, the GPS is pretty slow to update and not quite accurate. the step counter, which seems like a pretty basic version compared to the competitors, does not work. It's counting all steps for the current day. So every step she's taken since she has owned the watch just stacks up on the current day. So according to her watch 0 steps for the past 6 days and 22,000 steps today by 9am.
