*update* I was able to get help and I'm happy to say it seems like the issue is fixed and GPS is updating now. For anyone else experiencing this: Go to Settings > Device Care > Battery Settings > Background Usage Limits > Select Never Auto-Sleeping Apps” list. Tap the "+" in the top-right corner. Choose the MyGabb App from the list The location feature does not seem to be working which is a huge safety concern to me.

The Locator is very slow and inaccurate. Takes awhile to update my child's location and I must refresh the app for it to update. Sometimes won't work at all.

Just ok. The theory is good but the tracking lags and isn't spot on. Recently, about the last week, my daughter can't look at her pictures! Her gallery opens and then it promptly shuts. Rrrrrrr!

I like the gabb phone for my son for a number of reasons but when it comes to location and him going in and out of a place, it gives me false information.

I am editing my previous 1 star, critical review. After my review and wanting to cancel my plan, Gabb reached out via text and was very kind. I received my replacement watch, and things have been better. The battery isn't dying so fast, we haven't had an issue with calls, and the watch hasn't frozen up. Occasionally the GPS can't locate, but it's not bad. I want to emphasize the kindness & promptness of the customer service team, as without them, I likely wouldn't have given them another chance.
