Contacts won’t add
The new update looks more streamlined than before, however one of my devices no longer shows which is a pain to link again. For future updates, make sure users don’t have to re-link existing devices.
Super glitchy when trying to set up, errors every time an invite is accepted.
After updating there were a few issues, but with the help of support, and updating the app to the newest version, everything’s working great! I love the safe zones, alerts, and ability to manage contacts on my kids devices. Thanks for all your efforts to keep improving the app and providing top notch customer service!
Love the watch and the app—both are easy to use
I have mixed feelings. When the gabb watch works, it’s great! But we have a lot of issues “locating” the watch. We can be in an area with full bars and it will still not sync. I can call and text and they will go through, but to find the location on the app it says “last seen 2 weeks ago”. Is it perfect. Definitely not. Do I like that my kid can call or text me without the dangers of other apps on her watch? Yes. Maybe they will get a better service like starlink or something like that to make it better. Overall a great concept. My daughter is 9 and in sports and with all the craziness it’s nice to have access to her 24/7 where I can control who she talks to and the settings. My only issue is the gps is a bit slow. Now we live 5 mins from the gym, and 5 mins from school. Whenever she leaves school I do not get the notification until we’re home. For example: I’ll get 2 notifications at once; Ava left school, Ava arrived at home. I will get both notifications at once and not Ava left school, (5 mins later) Ava arrived at home.... read more
It is great for young kids and you can see their location. It is the best watch I’ve bought. I recommend this watch. my kids love it.
My son had a different type of watch and I just switched him to Gabb. So far I love the watch and app layout a lot more than the other app and watch.
