(edited) When it doesn't get wiped by software updates it works well. I've had to re-input all parental phone data manually for a 3rd time in 5 months. - The app team here was very quick to respond to my initial poor review & got me to factory reset the watch a 2nd time to get it back working. I left an initial poor review for lack of help from their website service team when the watch stopped working. It works again, & continues to since the latest factory reset and repairing/set up.

*update* Impressed with the Gabb social media team. They reached out and sent us replacement watches free of charge. We had nonstop issues w our original 3 watches but haven't had any issues with the new 3e watches, so maybe it was a device or older model issue. *op* Unreliable watches, they don't work majority of the time. We also disabled focus mode on the app but it won't disable on the watches.

Updating to 3 stars because they fixed it after this review. Customer service sucks. I ordered 2 watches. Within 3 days one of them the screen wouldn't cut in unless you restarted the watch. I did the chat 3 times with customer service. Every time they asked me to do the SAME EXACT STEPS. Never worked. The last time I spent 3 hours communicating the issue, sending pictures, talking in the chat.. The chat rep STILL asked me to do the same exact steps I had already done.

Look, if you have any issues with the watch or service.... just contact them. Never have I ever received more help, or kind and timely responses than I have with Gabb. Their willingness to go above and beyond is amazing.

I like this watch for the fun features that it has for the kids and the fact that it doesn't have a camera. however, I dislike the fact you can't have more than three reoccurring tasks and the biggest problem is the GPs location and notifications. notifications come in anywhere from 4 to 10 minutes after the safe zone has been left. A lot of distance in a vehicle could happen in that amount of time.

As a phone works well, but GPS is completely unreliable. Always tells me to 'try again'. Quiet time settings don't work properly either. My son's watch will still make noise when I text him during quiet time despite having it set to silent during those hours.
