While the watch didn't work for us, due to conditions outside of anyone's control, the service Gabb provided to remedy the issue was top-notch. They were prompt, communicative, and followed up throughout the process to remedy the situation. I was pleasantly surprised.

I had to update the app and then couldn't be added as a Guardian and lost my daughter's device pairing until I reinstalled the app. We have had to replace the watch twice as well. Tracking the location can take several attempts to update. Hopefully the update helps, but it's been a journey. Customer service was mostly nice and helpful, but the product needs to prove itself.

it was great at first. Now we can't add new contacts. We have gone through everything and nothing works. Customer service is hard to find. After contacting customer service, we worked out the bugs and I was able to install the friend. Thank you for the great service.

this process has been lengthy. We had a terrible time trying to get the "Guardianship" figured out. overall with the app hopefully it will run smoothly

Update: was contacted by the gabb team. Was informed the issue was known and they were working on a solution after trying a reset. Was offered a month of free service while a solution was found. They notified me when it was resolved. Buggy. Will not update the kiddos location. I get kicked from the app as a guardian.

had issues with the app when i first downloaded it to the point the app wouldnt even open, developers emailed me and then fixed the issue very quickly.

Had been working but after updating the app my daughter's watch is no longer showing up on the app. Extremely frustrating as I'm trying to get her location and now I can't. If it gets fixed I'll update this, but not happy with the loss of app features...
