The only thing stopping from giving it a 5 star review.Is the fact that it's not for the children too.Since there are times where children have other devices and it'd like to use their devices as a gabb compatible device there should be a way they should be able to log in to their account and still useer phone number virtually.it a defeat the point of a phone but if you already have a device, what's the point?Cause there's parental controls on that too. Please consider making kid companion app.

Location works fairly accurately about 90% of the time. Sometimes there's a delay or it will randomly stop for days at a time for no reason. The "Play Sound" is nice when he misplaces his phone in the house. Luckily he still gets calls and texts! I like the flagged text features and of course the locked browser and apps.

We really struggled with device connectivity to the app after the latest update, but Gabb customer service stuck with us until we got it figured out! We communicated with some really top notch people who were truly invested in getting our devices to work as they should. They all went above and beyond for my peace of mind and had the utmost patience with me. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved! So gab reached out to me and gave me instructions on how to try to fix my issue. I had to uninstall the app, do a reset on my kids watch and then reinstall the app. I simply created a password for my child and the account was there on my phone. both of them! everything was fine until one day, it wasn't. one device is visible but the other just disappeared. logged in and still nothing. going to try to uninstall and reinstall. last update messed up everything for me. is it possible to downgrade to the previous version? Update: resolved after 2 hours on the phone with the support team. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Hopefully, the app works correctly from now on

Update: Customer service did reach out and has been helpful. I hope they have fixed the issues for good. The App and device have been nothing but problems for the entire time we've had them. I have reached out to customer service and the refuse to help me. I've had to factory reset the device at least 3 times. The device has had no contacts for weeks (months) despite them showing in the app. I can't edit the focus modes in the app. The changes won't save. I'm beyond frustrated with Gabb 3 watch.

UPDATE- new update avail this morning worked! (Old review text)...keeps crashing within a few seconds of opening, at the map screen, and I cant open open the menu items- it just shuts down. I restarted my phone, uninstalled & reinstalled the app 2x. I can send & receive texts & calls w/ my child's watch (3e), so seems to be paired. My husbands app is working fine. This came suddenly today, I have a Samsung S25 ultra, made an update a week ago to software, nothing seemed to be affected by that.

since the July 2025 update my watch screen has been black unless I hold the emergency call button in the side. not sure how to fix it. super frustrating....
