My son needed a phone without Internet because he is overly focused at times on looking at pictures that he shouldn’t be looking at at work. He’s an adult, but he is developmentally disabled. He lives in a group home. But I know and I feel good about the phone. He has now because it gives him the chance to text his friends, listen to music but be safe on the Internet. Gabb has been wonderful for our family! I noticed a difference in my teenager’s attitude within the first couple of weeks! It has changed the atmosphere in our home as well. I’ve noticed my kids are present and we are all joining together more often to spend time together. Thank you Gabb for offering such a wonderful and safe device. I can’t express enough the complete change I’ve seen in my kids on top of the many compliments I get from other parents. Several families we are close to have switched! Thank You Gabb!
We live the Gabb watch! But I do have a few suggestions. 1. I think you could add a calendar on here 2. When the parent puts the focus time in, I think that they could select a few apps that you still can use in focus mode
It was a bit annoying to set up and took sometime …. But seems simple enough once you get the hang of it.
I got the Gabb watch for my 9 year old granddaughter. I had no idea what I had purchased. I was upset for half a second as I didn’t realize it had both an activation fee and a monthly fee. But once it was set up and I started receiving notifications on her whereabouts and when she leaves and arrives at different locations I love it. Job well done on this watch Gabb creators.
I bought this watch for my 11 yr old before we went on a trip. I wanted her to be able to reach me if we got separated, and I wanted GPS for her. As another reviewer commented, with school shootings, natural disasters (wildfires in our area), and just normal life, I appreciate being able to reach her or know her location at any time. She cant have a phone with her at school (and frankly she’s not ready for a phone yet), but she can have a watch. So this is perfect.
