UPDATE: after multiple problems and being on hold w support for an hour, they said they've resolved the issues and gave a $5 credit for the trouble. Time will tell if it improves but I appreciate the gesture. I'll continue updating w any new issues or to say it's fixed 😄 Sticking with it another month to give it a chance

Just getting started was a pain! The prompted start-up would not complete and would stick. After multiple trys and multiple days I called support who basically told me to keep trying. While waiting for them to call me back I decided to see if I could figure out manual set-up which was actually easier to do than the app and had fewer problems. I'm holding my breath to see how things go from here.

We have loved the watches for our youngest 3 kids, and my oldest has loved her upgrade from her watch to the handheld Samsung device. Having these devices for my girl's has helped in countless ways, especially with their transition time to their fathers parenting time every other week, and gives my girls a sense of responsibility and a feeling of more support as they have access to communicate with their friends and family. The ability to also apply a focus mode during school hours is great.

My original review was abysmal, however after tech support my son's watch is working perfectly and our family couldn't be more thrilled with the investment. Our son loves his watch and enjoys being able to reach family and friends without asking for our phones. He also likes that he can check in if something happens at school or while he's out with friends. The location feature with the option to get directions to your child is great. I just wish it didn't need to be refreshed if they move.

From day 1 we had issues, but customer service was kind and resolved it. ✅ There were 24 hrs where it didn't make or receive calls but it resolved before we could call support. ✅ Most recently, the steps have jumped to about 60K in the morning. I didn't buy it for steps, however steps turn into coins where my son can purchase things- and those serve as incentives for him to do chores. So the feature is pointless now and it's only been 2 months. Needs work or we're switching to Verizon's Gizmo

I was skeptical at first by the reviews but went ahead and bought them anyways, I bought 2 Gabb watches the 3e to be exact. I gave it a few days to test and work with the devices to see how they work and I'm impressed, they are perfect for the parent wanting to have communication with their children without worrying about all the junk that social media and advertising puts in their faces. Had a hiccup or 2 on setup but after that everything has been gravy. Buy them, try them, thank me later
