I love the gabb phone for kids and how simple it is. The only negative feedback I have is on the location services. It doesn’t always update in real time and one time recently, the app notified me that my daughter had left school and returned 10 mins later but actually never did. If that could be enhanced, it would be great.

We genuinely like the Gabb 4 phone which we bought for our son. My only concern about it was the tracking can be a little off, where it delays a bit. Also, there are times when it will say he had left school during school hours, which freaked me out more than a few times, then it would say he would be back at school 10-15 mins later. He keeps his phone in his backpack which is left in the classroom all day and isn’t allowed to bring it out during school hours.
my mom got me the gabb phone 4. i like the idea but the problem is that i don’t really have any games. i know this phone is not supposed to be “addictive” but adding a few games would be nice. after a while we will get bored of them anyway. i wish we could download google meet or something to call my friends with iphones :( i would really like you to fix this. i’ve had my phone for a week
Sometimes I’ll have to press it multiple times over multiple minutes before it will locate
I want to love it, and I do when it works. Every few months, it no longer syncs and I have to do a factory reset, which means I have to put everything in all over again and my kid loses progress on all his stuff. I’ve tried every troubleshooting advice out there and haven’t ever been able to get it to sync again without the factory reset and starting over. Hope Gabb can get that figured out because other than that issue, the Gabb 3 watch has worked great for us.

We do love the watches for my 1st and 3rd graders. I love that I can track them and they can easily message me if needed. Some cons for me at the moment are; the tracking feature when they leave the Safe Zones is delayed by 5 minutes or so (I feel that feature is extremely important and the delay is too much); the Safe Zones radius should be updated (we should be able to draw the zones in versus the set radius slider); and lastly, the face of the watch is a little bulky on smaller wrist.
