Frustrating when the GPS location device is never accurate. It says last location was May 7th..it is now May 27th with no help or solution. We've updated and tried to Google the answer. I think it also would be helpful to have an Auto Answer feature, after 3 rings it would automatically answer. We had the Gizmo watch through Verizon and it was always able to locate and answer. I don't feel my child's safety is taken seriously with the Gabb.

Was able to scroll thru the neighborhood and have Hunter show me where his friends live! I now know the exact location of each friends house.

Edit: after getting a hold of support we are very happy with how well we were treated and taken care of. Thank you Gabb team! My daughter has had her watch for less than 6 months and we have been very satisfied until this past week when out of the blue the watch is not working , the app keeps saying error and Gabb ID not found, and we can't get any support no matter how we try :(

I like the communication options with the app and the watch. But, the location is not accurate and my child is rarely even a mile from home. It's quite disappointing.

We upgraded from the Gabb Watch 2 to Gabb Watch 3. I'm happy with the watch, mostly. The wireless charging is a better solution. We got more out of the battery life by following the suggestions on the app. I am, however, very frustrated with the GPS tracking. It is very inconsistent in updating. My son wore it to school this morning, and it says the watch hasn't been seen for 12 hours. The locate button on my app usually just spins and tells me the device hasn't been seen even when he's at home.

We got the device because my son (9yrs) was very anxious after his cousin was shot in the Oxford, MI high school shooting (cousin is now okay). We are in the same school district and my son was having trouble. The communication part works well. The tracking part however doesn't. 8time out of 10 it will say it can't locate him or I will get a message that says he just got home when he is already at the table eating snack. It would be nice to have that piece be more consistent.
