The last time my child's location updated was June 6th🙄 I've tried many different things to try to correct the issue with no luck. Very disappointing😔 EDIT Customer service was great and was able to fix this issue quickly, hopefully it was just a one time glitch😊

Location could be better, sometimes I'll randomly get notified that my child left the house and the map shows her a few blocks away. Does not do well for my mama heart to get a notification at 11pm that my child left the house after I put her to bed 2 hours prior.

Please fix the app! I love your devices and mission, but the app is very frustrating to use on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, it does seem to work fine on my old phone, but I don't carry that one around with me. The app freezes up, if you can get it to do anything at all.

We are on our 3rd watch since july. The product itself is pretty unreliable. It will randomly turn off and the battery will drain very quickly some days but then last for multiple days other times. I wouldnt really trust this as a reliable way to communicate. She does have a lot of fun talking with her bestie who also has a gabb watch. Though i would rate this 3 stars, id give the customer service team 5 stars. They are very responsive and work really hard to get problems solved.

Very difficult to get up and running. Maybe work on the steps that it actually takes to get it going. After messing around with the watch for 4 hours and charging fully we finally were able to get it connected to the wifi and app. Found out you can't be logged in on the website and app at the same time so if anyone is having an issue connecting to the app make sure you log off online first then go onto the app. My kids love it and I'm pretty pleased with the over all product. Simplify it a bit
