Edit, update: we were able to finally get both watch and app in sync with one another on our own. Watch is running smoothly and when my son comes home he'll be happy to hear he can finally use it. We are under a 2 year contract and believe everything should continue well during that time. Also, thank you for reaching out!

My 7 and 9 year old have these. I like being able to set zones around their spaces. They can explore our neighborhood freely, and I get notified if they leave that perimeter. I have zones set for school and for grandpa. It's a nice balance of giving them freedom and safety. My only issue was the initial set up of the devices. They were not counting their steps. It took 2 weeks to resolve which was frustrating after such a big purchase, but it did get fixed.

*UPDATED 8/14/2024* Updated Review: This morning, the Gabb team reached out to me. Within an hour, the issue was resolved, and the Gabb Watch 3 is now connected to my account. Original review: I just got my son's Gabb Watch 3, and it will not pair with the app! I have been trying to connect it since August 9th with no luck! With an over anxious son who does not understand why he can't use his new watch and school starting soon, this is a rather disappointing start as a new customer to Gabb.

App update has improved things a lot. I can actually navigate everywhere without constant error messages. Connectivity with watches seems more reliable. GPS is still often delayed by several minutes.

UPDATE: It took until today to get the watch pairing issue fixed,but it works now! The dev team texted with me and figured out the problem with the mygabb app and fixed it. My kiddo is very excited for their new watch and so far it works great. Will update after a week. ORIGINAL: I can't get the gabb watch 3 to pair with this app at all. I have contacted customer service and they have not resolved the issue. The watch is completely useless unless it can pair with the phone.

Activating and pairing the devices was a pain in the butt, but I worked through the troubleshooting options and was finally able to work out the process. This is just the first day of the kids using the watch, but they are loving it so far😊
