My original review was abysmal, however after tech support my son's watch is working perfectly and our family couldn't be more thrilled with the investment. Our son loves his watch and enjoys being able to reach family and friends without asking for our phones. He also likes that he can check in if something happens at school or while he's out with friends. The location feature with the option to get directions to your child is great. I just wish it didn't need to be refreshed if they move.

From day 1 we had issues, but customer service was kind and resolved it. ✅ There were 24 hrs where it didn't make or receive calls but it resolved before we could call support. ✅ Most recently, the steps have jumped to about 60K in the morning. I didn't buy it for steps, however steps turn into coins where my son can purchase things- and those serve as incentives for him to do chores. So the feature is pointless now and it's only been 2 months. Needs work or we're switching to Verizon's Gizmo

I was skeptical at first by the reviews but went ahead and bought them anyways, I bought 2 Gabb watches the 3e to be exact. I gave it a few days to test and work with the devices to see how they work and I'm impressed, they are perfect for the parent wanting to have communication with their children without worrying about all the junk that social media and advertising puts in their faces. Had a hiccup or 2 on setup but after that everything has been gravy. Buy them, try them, thank me later

App doesn't work, went through everything, easiest way to get support was through Facebook messenger. Somehow, though, they were able to tell me if my wife was on or off. The phone is fine, just can't do what I want because everything is on the app, they don't even have a desktop setup for it. On the desktop you can see numbers they text and call that's it. Update, Gabb team got in touch again. Seems I had to get with the right person to change something, app works now.

EDIT: Customer service worked hard to resolve my issue. It works now! Original review: The app constantly refreshes the login page whenever my wife or myself tries to log in. It is entirely non-functional.

I had a bunch of complaints concerning location services and equipment issues...customer service reached out and upgraded the device and sorted out the location issues...its only been a couple of weeks, but I am cautiously optimistic that the problems have been permanently sorted out. The customer service handling of the situation was stellar, though. 5 stars later if the band-aids end up being outright cures.

Very difficult to navigate and didn't come with clear user manual or instructions. Been on phone support everyday since I've had it for my kid. Phone will not let me add photos to his contacts to recognize the person in his contacts. Very frustrating and this should be simple.
