It doesn't work. My daughter's phone doesn't have the app or code and it won't take the IMEI number.

This app will not download. I have tried multiple times on multiple days...
Can't set it up. It asks to scan an app (my daughters phone doesn't have it and can't download it) or input the IMEI, but it gives me an error when I try.
