Terrible location tracking. I know for a fact my child is on the bus and almost home, but tracking still has her at school 30 miles away. This happens every day.

The whole reason I chose this phone for my daughter is for the location features so I know where she is. The location has not worked since the day after I set it up. She went out of town and not once did it locate her phone while fully charged. Very frustrating.

Cannot ever get the app to work. Customer support says The phone has to be with me for me to trouble shoot GPS on the app.. But isn't that the whole point of g p s on the app is for you to locate your child? Has not worked since we got it. App freezes everything I get on it

This phone rarely operates as it is advertised. There's too often something wrong and the 'fixes: are too long in the coming. The apps still aren't working after weeks/months in the waiting and now the location service hasn't been working in over a week. The only way to communicate is through chat and that's very unhelpful in true communication. Avoid this phone and supposed benefits!

GPS tracking is extremely glitchy and doesn't even update most of the time.

We bought each of my kids a Gabb watch for Christmas. They had a deal that you sign a contract and get a free device. I completely regret doing it because although the watches seem pretty nice the service is awful, the pedometer doesn't work, and I wonder if they even have a customer service team.

Literally can't even create an account. My phone number keeps getting rejected with a very unhelpful toast saying "Invalid parameter". Also the onboarding flow doesn't save any state so you have to start from the beginning when you navigate to a different app. Update: It seems the password was too long or had a character that they don't accept. Client side validation would help with this. The invalid parameter message was referring to something a screen before which is very confusing.
