Updated. App is fixed and we are connected. Had the gabb watch 2 with no issues pairing to the parent app a year ago. Bought the gabb phone 4 to get my other child a phone and the issues started. After spending all day on Friday, talking in the web chat and then on the phone, we were still unsuccessful in getting the new phone to connect. Now both devices won't connect to the app. Gabb needs to fix their app. The devices cannot be used without it.

Update: my son has been enjoying his watch, but we had some issues initially on setting it up to work the way we needed. Gabb worked with me with patience and respect even going as far as sending me a new watch and paying to return the old one. They are definitely worth the money. Great customer service. Thank you!

My daughter's watch hasn't worked for almost a month now, I've called I've emailed and no one is getting back to me. Terrible customer service when you have a problem. Update: after leaving a terrible review someone got back to me and got it fixed. The person who helped via text messages was very helpful. Sad though the only way to get a resolution was a bad app review. 😕
