And it still works great! We utilize the watch whenever our kids are away from us or when we are traveling or in crowded places. It has given security to both our kids and us and has been a fun way to communicate with them! We have had no problems with charging or with the device at all. Looking forward to getting them the gab phone as they get older.
We got the Gabb watch specifically for the GOS tracking/alerts. Not sure if it’s the watch, the app or something else but whenever the watch leaves a “safe zone” it takes 15 minutes before an alert comes through to say that the device has left the safe zone. For our peace of mind we would want this to alert in under a minute! Otherwise the device and app are great
Love being able to see where my kids are at any time. I can zoom down and tell exactly which room of a house they’re in. Also useful when they lose their phone. Great work, Gabb.
Got the watch for my ten year old. Will transfer to my 7 yo when my 10 yo is ready to get the phone. Nice to teach phone etiquette with a small, safe amount of contacts. Gives the kids freedom to ride bikes and go to the park etc, and gives me peace of mind. GPS was a little wonky at first but has gotten better. Looking forward to improvements, but it’s great for what it is. I love the game, the step counter, the chores and school modes or whatever you need. A Fantastic and perfect t watch to give your kids some freedoms yet can still “see” where they are! They love to wear it too!!
It’s very great but the watch sometimes doesn’t charge
There are so many distractions out there for our children but having a cellphone is necessary to be able to stay in contact through out our days. GABB provides the distraction free contact and location services needed today. I am glad we are signed up and logged in with GABB
Got the watch for my 7 year old. I love being able to communicate with her when needed. I love that there is no internet and social media access. Also she does not get spam or calls from unknown numbers, which are issues we had with other carriers. I agree the tracking and GPS seem to need a lot of improvement, so that is frustrating. For now it fits our needs however if GPS doesn’t improve we may look at other options for her next device.
Having that watch on my son’s arm is such a blessing! So many great “needed” features! I would love to see the size of the screen available in a mini version for children with smaller wrist and sensory issues :) Thank you, Thank you.
